What we collect
We don't collect anything ourselves. Chipsmith has no account and no analytics. Your runs, progress and settings are stored only on your phone.
Ads
Chipsmith is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: a small banner on menu screens, and a video you can choose to watch for a free shop reroll. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address and how you interact with the ads. Google is responsible for that data: see how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
In the EU, the UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can change your choice any time in Options › Privacy choices for ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
The game works offline. Ads only load when you're connected.
Save codes
When you tap Copy save code, your progress is copied to your phone's clipboard. Where you paste it is up to you. We never see it.
Vibration
The app may vibrate your phone when a hand scores. You can turn this off in Options.
